Library Database - Music Lending Contract

Description

Through a grant from the Community Foundation of Portage County, the Monteverdi Master Chorale lends our music free of charge to area community groups.

How this works:

• Search our music database to see whether we have in our library what you are looking for.
• Contact us to see whether the music is available to borrow. Or email Barbara Paul at bpaul@uwsp.edu.
• Fill out and submit a music lending contract, giving us your time requirements and mailing address.
• We will send music to you or you may pick it up from us.  You pay all shipping charges.
• You use the music, giving Monteverdi Master Chorale credit in your concert program, church bulletin, etc.
• You return music to us.  You will be invoiced for any missing or damaged music.
